Job Title: Business Development Associate
Description:
· Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and product uses.
· Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
· Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, and delivery dates.
· Direct clients to Client Relationship Department after sales or contract signings in order to provide ongoing support.
· Provide customers with and catalogs.
· Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients,
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
· Coordinate with other departments.
· Identify new business challenges, Managing cost center expenses, pricing and profitability analysis.
· Sales developments for existing market, and identifying potential stars
· Researching into new markets, potential, market data, value chain analysis.
· Following up on production, quality issues, loading and shipping.
· Receiving and handling clients' complaints and general concerns
